The manufacturer was quick in responding to all my questions when placing an order. They were responsive and friendly. When I was unsure about what color to get, they made videos and sent pictures. The couch was manufactured within time frame that they said it would and was shipped quickly. I received the sectional couch pieces within 2 weeks. The sectional couch was exactly as I was expecting and perfect. My friend was looking to buy a new couch, and I referred the manufacturer to my friend. I will definitely keep referring this manufacturer to my friends.
